Shipping policy
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destinations customs clearance processes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
A&V LEATHER INC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
A&V LEATHER INC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Free return or exchange within 30 days as from your delivery date. As soon as we receive your products, we will proceed with the refund (excluding shipping cost) on your credit card, PayPal account or by bank transfer, within 7 working days. The item(s) have to be accompanied by the A&V LEATHER INC Returns Document, for the refund procedure to be activated.
Return Conditions
- 1. Items returned with scratches or other damage will not be accepted.
- 2. Monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- 3. Returns must include the original A&V LEATHER INC packaging .
- 4. All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) barcode label which is generated during the return process.
- 5. RMA barcode label must be applied to the outside of the shipping box. Please make sure barcode is VISIBLE and not covered by other labels or shipping tape.
- 6. It may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Our customer service will contact you within 48 hours to validate your return.
3. Print Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label
You will receive a RMA label by email. You need to print and place it on your return package.
The label contains 2 important information:
The address where your package should be shipped

A RMA barcode containing information about your return
4. Return package
You need to attach the RMA label to the outside of your return package (shipping box, envelope, etc…). Both, the address and the barcode should be clearly visible. We advise you to use clear packaging tape to so do.
In case of a refund, it is made within 2-5 working days as soon as we receive your return package at our facility.
