We made this product from high quality ostrich leather.  One of the main distinguishing features of ostrich leather is its unusual granular texture.  Expressive follicles - sacs from which feathers grew, give the surface relief originality and originality, an exquisite look.  Main advantages:

All our products are handmade from selected Italian leather.  All leather goes through our rigorous quality checks and only 50% is selected for your future favorite accessories.

When buying products made of genuine leather, remember that in nature there are no two identical animals, the patterns and texture of the skin of each individual animal is unique, like fingerprints, which means that your product will also be unique and inimitable.  Also, don't forget that wild animals can have scars on their skin - so each piece has its own unique story.

Another feature of natural leather - patina - such a natural process of skin aging.  Over time, it becomes smoother and darker, which makes the product only more aesthetic.  Genuine leather, like fine wine, only gets better with time.

Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destinations customs clearance processes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

A&V LEATHER INC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
A&V LEATHER INC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Free return or exchange within 30 days as from your delivery date. As soon as we receive your products, we will proceed with the refund (excluding shipping cost) on your credit card, PayPal account or by bank transfer, within 7 working days. The item(s) have to be accompanied by the A&V LEATHER INC Returns Document, for the refund procedure to be activated.

Return Conditions

• 1. Items returned with scratches or other damage will not be accepted.
• 2. Monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• 3. Returns must include the original A&V LEATHER INC packaging . 
• 4. All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) barcode label which is generated during the return process.
• 5. RMA barcode label must be applied to the outside of the shipping box. Please make sure barcode is VISIBLE and not covered by other labels or shipping tape.
• 6. It may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

3. Print Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label

You will receive a RMA label by email. You need to print and place it on your return package.

The label contains 2 important information:

The address where your package should be shipped

A RMA barcode containing information about your return

4. Return package

You need to attach the RMA label to the outside of your return package (shipping box, envelope, etc…). Both, the address and the barcode should be clearly visible. We advise you to use clear packaging tape to so do.
In case of a refund, it is made within 2-5 working days as soon as we receive your return package at our facility.
