Shipping & Refund Policy for A&V LEATHER INC


Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time will be 1-3 days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destinations customs clearance processes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

A&V LEATHER INC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

 

A&V LEATHER INC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Refund Policy

1. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at leatheravshop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

3. Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 1-3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
